YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. - Yellowstone Park officials are sending out the obligatory warning, do not feed the bears.

It turns out some people are not heeding that warning and it’s becoming more obvious as bears start approaching more vehicles in the park.

When that happens, they have to take action.

Three people have been killed by bears in Yellowstone since 2012.

“I suspect somebody's fed that bear already. It started last year, approaching cars and getting up and touching cars, and usually, that happens when somebody's fed the bear, and the bear is coming back for more food,” said Kerry Gunther, a Yellowstone bear biologist.

Once a bear starts becoming conditions to human foods, park rangers have to remove and euthanize that bear.
