Friday’s hearing was about a “pitches motion” or a request to allow private documents of the internal investigation in this incident to become part of the case.

The incident happened last July when Garr was involved in a road rage incident where he cut off a truck driver and was reportedly involved in a fist fight.

The judge approved the motion and now Garr’s file is up for review.

Garr will be back in court on April 9 at 8:30 a.m.
