Remember on Sunday we all have to set our clocks ahead one hour.

And if you feel a bit off after changing the clocks - it's not your imagination.

A Swedish study indicates the time change can actually be dangerous.

In the first few days after losing an hour of sleep.

The risk of having a car accident or heart attack goes up by almost 25 percent.

The concept of changing the time began in the U.S. back in 1918, as a way to squeeze the most out of the day before the sunset and to save electricity.
